How many vests should I order? 

It is recommended for ease of management that three vests are bought. One for wearing, one for the wash and one in the draw.

How do I return a vest? 

If for whatever reason you wish to return your item, our return policy provides you with a 14 day period in which you must advise Tookie Limited that you are sending your order back.

You can do this by emailing the Tookie team via our website www.tookie.co. 

When emailing please quote your name and address and list the items you are returning. 

You must ensure that the items are back with us within 28 days of receipt. Your refund will be processed within 14 days. 

A full refund or a replacement will be offered if an item is returned unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging.  Should your item be faulty a refund or replacement will be offered, providing no alteration has been made to the returning item. 

Items should be returned to the address on the invoice, received with the goods. Return postage will not be paid unless the goods are found to be faulty. When returning an item proof of postage should be obtained as evidence that the item has been posted.
